NIGERIA

As the third-largest city in Africa, Lagos, Nigeria is an economic and cultural powerhouse, but rapid growth has also fostered long-term water challenges. As demand for water goes up, supply goes down due to pollution and extraction. Climate change will only multiply threats to this coastal city. The RWA’s mission is to support the Government’s water strategy and ensure long-term investment is readily available for resilient infrastructure and water services that benefit the whole of society.
