Toyin is a Strategy, Projects and Sustainability professional with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning project management, stakeholder engagement, ESG advisory and sustainability strategy. She most recently served as Projects, Sustainability and Strategy Lead at Avant-Garde Ltd in Lagos, where she led cross-functional teams to deliver sustainability and ESG advisory projects, managed end-to-end project delivery across multiple work streams, and led multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives across government, private sector and civil society. Prior to that she built experience across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) space, finance, and environmentally friendly sustainability solutions, developing a strong appreciation for how commercial realities and sustainable outcomes can and must go hand in hand.

Toyin holds an MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Northampton. As someone who calls Lagos home, she is deeply passionate about the water security challenge facing this city and is thrilled to be working with RWA to drive real change for millions of people.
